We are Southern California’s most unique Wood-Fired Pizza Catering Company.  We bring an exceptional outdoor food experience, with our wood fired oven and our 100% wood-fired menu. All of our food offerings, curated by Chef Thomas, are cooked in our customized mobile wood-fired oven.  All of our ingredients are locally sourced from California, as we pride ourselves on taking the time necessary to find the best possible ingredients, and close to home.

Quite different from a large pizza truck, we are a small wood-fired oven on wheels, capable of being placed just about anywhere. Since we do all of our cooking on site, you will enjoy all of our food hot, fresh, and directly from our woodfired oven.

 

Having such a small operation, with such high capacity, allows us the ability to cater all of the important occasions in your life.

We cater events as small and personal as children’s birthdays, bar and bat mitzvahs, weddings and events and as large as movie premiers, and studio events, We also host school and corporate team-building events by facilitating hands-on pizza making classes!

 

Since Chef Thomas loves nothing more than a good road trip, we will travel most anywhere. While DTLA is home to Fire & Wood, we have catered events as far as Phoenix, Las Vegas and San Francisco. So, don’t be shy if you live outside Los Angeles!

 

Regardless of what type of party you’re having, or where you are located, we are aware that having a well put together event is about more than just great food. A memorable event must be a complete experience.  To this end, we offer full range catering services to include, bartending, serving, valet and DJ’s.
